The Housing Market Going Down

By Rudy Armstrong

As rough times in this economy continue peoples values of their houses are decreasing. With many people worried because they lost their job or got laid off, they fall back to their asset of their house. In this case as i was reading the article"$500K homes now selling for $200,000," people are worried, but not for this couple. They waited for the right time and got a great outcome. They said it is unfortunate that this is a great time to buy when people are losing their homes and jobs, but what can you say when you've done right and got a great deal. Another family was homeless and had to move in with neighbors until they got their feet settled because of her husband medical condition, he was unable to work. this is very unfortunate and the economy is affecting the whole country, rich or poor. It seemed liked this day would never come but it did, and now people are worried.
